Unethical business practice. The communication with this group is extremely poor. Unauthorised payments from private account was taken. Strongly recommend staying clear.
I rang 3 hours prior to my return time and the representative said it would be ok to return the vehicle 1 hour after my return time at 1130. When I arrived the shop and gates were closed with no safe place to leave the keys. I had planned to fill up the tank but wasted time figuring out what to do about the situation. They charged me $3 per litre for fuel and charged me to get the keys out of the vehicle. What should have cost $132 ended up costing me $356. This was a terrible experience which could have been avoided if I wasnt fed incorrect information. Will never use thrifty again.
