Horrible. You'll wait in line for ages and get pretty woeful service. Also, you'll probably cop additional charges on top of what your online service rental agreement says. Wouldn't recommend.
Car pick was effortless made even easier by the courteous staff on the day. Went down hill from there!We requested a baby seat and was advised to pick up the following day and well have to fit it ourselves. We did and discovered the seat provided needed a simple device to comply with rented vehicleThe staff member on this particular day and she will remain nameless for the moment virtually told us that was the way it is and to stop being pedantic her word!Worst customer service ever experienced The upside and complete opposite to her, a complete gentleman from Hertz knew exactly what was needed and fitted it in 2 seconds.I am praying that we wont come across her ever again as it will definitely end our association with Hertz

Very friendly staff. I made an error with my booking and they fixed it quickly and got a car for me in minutes. Car was also in great condition. Top marks for the customer experience
Was a bit worried after booking the car and then googling to see that Hertz generally has a not so great rating, however I couldnt have had a better experience with Hertz Maroochydore! I picked up the car from Mark who is just a top bloke as he helped me get a sweeter deal through a company discount I didnt even know about. While the daily rate was slightly more expensive it waived my young drivers fee and lowered my excess to $0. Had no issues with the car at all and dropping it off was a breeze.
