I found the Brisbane office USELESS, USELESS, USELESS. Could not get any sense or co-operation from the regular staff. However, after a complaint to senior management and a threat to haul them before QCAT, things got markedly better.
I don't recommend using the public trustee, they are very expensive to process a will and takes a very long time -10 months for my grandmothers will to be processed and it was a very straight forward one. . Much better to use a solicitor. Quicker and cheaper.
These people are very good, helpful, polite, professional. Have recomended them to lots of people.My inlaws recomended them to me and i am very grateful.
